If we cannot deliver the platform within 72 hours of your payment clearing, you receive a full refund.

If we cannot deliver

Service credits or pro-rata refund for months in which the service level is not met.

Professional Payments is payable annually in advance, giving you predictable costs with no monthly overhead. The Managed Solution renews monthly and can be cancelled with one calendar month's notice. TISS never takes a margin on your sales. Standard payment provider transaction fees apply depending on your selected provider (e.g. PayFast). All setups are fully refundable if we cannot deliver within the stated 72 hours of your payment clearing.
